We do a cost plus price structure. This ensures that we can deliver the home you want. This also allows for more flexibility and customizations as we progress through the build.

Ok, so what is your fee for cost plus?

We charge an honest 15% of the total cost to build.

How do we get started?

First, let’s talk about what you want. We offer free consultations. After our initial conversation, if you feel like we are the home builder to bring your dream to life we ask for a $15k deposit that will go towards the total cost of your home. This secures your spot in our building schedule and allows us to begin the planning process with you.
